How do I change or cancel a booking?
Quick guide to modifying or cancelling your GoGet booking
Change or cancel a booking
You can change or cancel your booking right up until it begins. Once a booking has started, you can no longer shorten or cancel it - however, you can extend it as long as there is no booking straight after yours.
For example:
- If it's 3:58pm and your booking is from 4:00pm to 4:00pm the next day, you can modify or cancel the booking.
- If it’s 8.05pm, and your booking is from 8:00pm to 9:00pm, you can no longer shorten or cancel this booking, but you may be able to extend it.
How to Cancel your Booking
- Open the App or GoGet website and click on "Bookings"
- Select the booking you'd like to Cancel and tap "Cancel Booking"
- Tap Confirm
How to Modify your Booking
- Open the App or GoGet website and click on "Bookings"
- Select the booking you'd like to change and tap "Modify Booking"
- Select the pencil icon to adjust the start time and or the end time
- Tap "Modify Booking" to confirm the change
