How to become a GoGet member and start driving
It takes about five minutes to complete the application to become a GoGet member.
Once we receive your application, if we have all the info we need, your account will be automatically approved

Getting to drive a GoGet vehicle is easy - just complete these simple steps:

1. Become a member
To drive any GoGet vehicle, you need to join GoGet as a member - don't worry, we have multiple different plans, even if you just need a car or van as a once-off.

2. Get your smartcard
GoGet cars are locked and unlocked by a smartcard. If you don’t have a smartcard, you won't be able to access a GoGet car.
We will mail your smartcard to you after you’ve completed an application, but with the post, this can take a few days. If you need to drive ASAP, fill out your online application, then visit a Pick-Up Location to get a smartcard from a retailer close to you.
Once you have your GoGet smartcard, you will need to activate it. First, make sure you have downloaded the GoGet app, then activate your smartcard through the Manage your Smartcard feature in the app.

3. Drive
If you haven't received your confirmation email, just get in touch and let us know that you're in a hurry, and we'll get you activated as soon as possible.
Once your application's been approved and you've activated your smartcard, you're good to go! 😎
