Some plans only allow for one driver, whilst others can have multiple drivers share the same account. If you'd like to add other members of your household or business to your account, or simply share the driving, here's how to find out if you're able to add extra drivers and how to do it.

Personal use plans

Business Plans

Business plans do not have extra driver limits, you can add as many drivers to your account as you'd like.

Here's how to add extra drivers to your GoGet account

1. Invite Extra Drivers

Each account has an account holder who set up the account.

Only the Account Holder can invite extra drivers to join their account. If you are also an extra driver, you will not be able to add driver's to the account.

To invite extra drivers:

• Log in to the GoGet app or website
• Visit the Profile tab
• Tap Extra Driver Management
• Click the blue button in the bottom right hand corner to send email invites to new drivers.
• Enter the email address of the driver you want to invite
• Click Send Invitation

2. Extra Drivers Complete the Application

The extra driver will receive an email inviting them to join your byusiness account. Completing the application will take around 5 minutes. They'll need:

1. Their physical driving license at hand or a passport and their digital license
2. To complete a biometric scan

If we're able to verify their identity automatically, their account should be approved instantly. If we need to manually review the application, this will usually take just a few hours We'll reach out via email if we need any more information.

3. Good to go!

Once they are approved, they are ready to book cars and vans. We'll post a smartcard to them, but if they are in a hurry, they can grab a card from a Pick-Up Location.
