What to do if you don't understand your GoGet charges

If there is a charge on your account that you don't understand, we recommend that you first check out:

  • Your "My Bookings" page, which breaks down all of the costs associated with a particular booking.
  • If you are trying to see why you were charged an amount for a booking, My Bookings is where to find that explanation.
  • ☝️ If you're having trouble reading the My Bookings page, read this article for extra help.
  • Your "Transaction List" (under My Account > Transactions) shows every single credit, charge and invoice which goes through your account. You can match your bank transactions to your GoGet Transaction List.
  • For example, if $20 left your bank account on the 1st of November, your Transaction List will show and explain that same $20 charge.
